Bell Racing Helmets has introduced a new line of karting helmets featuring the colour schemes of Formula 1 drivers. While originally intended for younger drivers, adults can still derive benefits from helmets meeting this standard, particularly in karting or similar low-speed motorsport activities. 

The Bell KC7-CMR Youth Kart Helmet - Lewis Hamilton Signature Series was developed through a collaboration with the Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton. Lewis worked closely with Bell's paint team to ensure the graphics and signature elements are closely matched to his own F1 helmet.

OMP announced on December 11, 2019 at "Performance Racing Industry Trade Show" (PRI) held in Indianapolis, IN, the acquisition of the majority shares from Bell Racing Helmets Group.

Once available only to F1 drivers and select sponsored athletes, Bell users can now order advanced and carbon series helmets with a custom interior color.

Today we will take a look at how a Carbon Fiber Helmet is made by Bell Helmets. We will do a virtual tour together with Kimi Räikkönen when visited the new Bell Racing Helmets production facility to see the entire process of building his HP7 from raw materials to a Formula One race ready helmet.
